Always super busy and parking can be a little hectic but service and food are top notch!
Great little Mexican restaurant with extremely authentic food! The flavors were amazing and I would highly recommend the breakfast burrito.
Should you give a breakfast place 5 stars? Why yes you should... it it's the Ranchito in Pasadena. This place is pretty fantastic. We came on a late Saturday morning and the restaurant was hopping. We got the last parking space but only had to wait a few minutes in line for a table. Although the restaurant is extremely busy, (and loud) the turnaround is quick. We had B6 (chorizo and eggs with barbacoa) and B9 (bacon and eggs with marinated pork). Both were huge servings and both were delicious. The servers are friendly and don't stop moving! We will be back (probably next weekend).
Came here on a Friday during lunch time and it was packed. Despite that, my coworkers and I (party of 8 were still able to miraculously get a table. The chips and salsa were served right away and I ended up ordering the tacos al cabron. I was expecting just a regular/mid taco but honestly, I was quite impressed! The meat was juicy and seasoned very well! And there was a lot stuffed inside the taco which is great because some places skimp out on the protein but not here! The rice and beans were also delicious. And with the pido de gallo and guacamole, it's only $12.99! As for the service, I could only imagine how hectic things were for them but they were attentive and did their best to be as fast as they could. Overall, great spot and can't wait to come back!
